Matt listened to everything were looking for in a summer vacation with our young kids, gave us several great options and we ended up picking somewhere we never even considered! It turned out to be an amazing trip! He was professional, considerate and knowledgeable. Matt made the whole process easy and we will definitely use him again next year!

He also always offers addtional, personal tips and recommendations of things to do while at the resort. We were thrilled with a BEACHFRONT All-Inclusive, Couples Only Resort . Unlimited Food & Drinks, Water Sports, Excursions, & Entertainment. We look forward to booking our next vacation with Matt again soon!
Easy and relaxing trip to the beach

Matt created a great vacation and made it very easy for us. We started off with a call where we told Matt our very few ideas and requirements. From that he came up with a few options. We chose to stay in a hotel that was everything we wanted but would never have found, and in the perfect location. We enjoyed everything we asked for and got to discover a little more. Matt understands how to handle all of the little details to make a trip relaxing and peaceful, while ensuring you have access to the activities you want. This was not an all-inclusive package, but all of the transportation and housing details were covered and explained so we were able to simply not worry about anything.

This is the second trip we've booked with Matt and he again exceeded all expectations. He was patient and informative as we sorted out all of our options. The resort we booked moved their opening date to our arrival date so we ended up having a few issues with the resort when we first arrived. I sent one email to Matt letting him know about our issues and within a few hours he had moved mountains to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of our trip was fantastic and was exactly what we expected. I can't stress enough how important it is to use a good travel agent, and Matt is a GREAT travel agent.

Call Matt and call him early- his preplanning guidance was invaluable. Matt treated our vacation like it was his own and the result was our best travel experience to date.
Matt's service doesn't end once you book your trip. He took the extra steps to make sure that we navigated the COVID requirements for our vacation and stepped in when we needed a little extra help. We won't plan another vacation without calling Matt first!

Matt was fantastic to work with! He made our trip to Caerula Mar stress free and seamless. He kept us informed of any changes along the way and reminded us when we needed to submit our Bahamas Health Visa. Matt even had a zoom call with us after he visited the property. He showed us our unit we booked and the beautiful beach and grounds. We highly recommend Matt for any future travels and we will definitely be giving him a call for our next trip!

Matt was incredibly helpful in planning our trip to Turks and Caicos. I searched for the right person to help navigate travel during COVID and was very knowledgeable about travel restrictions, insurance and how to expedite our arrival to the island. He considered every aspect of our trip, which made for a wonderful start to a very relaxing stay at The Palms. We were very pleased with our experience with Matt and intend to work with him again in planning our next Caribbean vacation.

Matt has been wonderful to deal with. Our trip to Barbados for our Honeymoon couldn't have gone better. He coordinated our dinners and gave us tremendous insight on the activities and restaurants. My wife and I will not take another trip without having him as our travel agent.

Matt was fantastic! I asked Matt to give me some options for a "Family" vacation with sun and clear water. He provided several options varying in location and price. Ultimately we selected the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas and I am very pleased with our decision. The Ritz-Carlton St Thomas was a great family vacation with excellent accommodations, private beach, inclusive water sports and a variety of dinning options. Matt planned our entire trip including airlines, ground transport, lodging, etc. He even followed back up with airlines after they reduced a charge and we received a refund! Matt followed through before, during, and after our family vacation. I couldn't be more pleased with his extensive knowledge, commitment to professionalism, and diligence in the details. I would highly recommend Matt and Maidstone Travel for planning your next adventure.

It is always a pleasure working with Matt. We gave him our wishlist and he delivered several destinations for us to choose from. We decided on Coconut Bay in St. Lucia and could not have been happier. Very family friendly with many options for both kids and adults. Perfect size resort with many amenities with little waiting that you see at some all-inclusive resorts. Can't wait to start planning our next trip with Matt.

Great travel Agent, will definitely be using him for all of my future trips. We went to sandals negril, Jamaica for our destination wedding and it could not have been more perfect. We booked this trip 2 years early and matt has been helping us the whole way through. There was a total of 16 of us in our wedding party booked for Jamaica and matt helped make sure we all had everything in order for the trip. Even when the covid hit and I became extremely stressed about the trip, Matt kept me reassured and made sure everything worked out accordingly. He is an awesome travel agent! Excited to already have our next trip booked with him.

We were looking for a place to stay in the Caribbean but were not happy with the reviews we were seeing. We finally contacted Matt Walker and it was a great experience from the beginning to end. Matt listened to what we were looking for and was able to accommodate our requests with an awesome vacation. We decided on the Paradisus Palma Real and Matt also booked our airport transportation for us.
I highly recommend contacting Matt for all of your travel needs. He is very easy to talk to and responds very quickly to our questions. He is a great person and travel advisor!

I'm happy to say that there were no hiccups and it was a great experience! Royal Barbados was an immaculate resort with awesome service! We loved the restaurant choices and really enjoyed having the butler. Our room was great with a beautiful view! Flights were on time and U. S. Customs moved really quickly. We got to do a good bit of exploring the island as we went to Oistin's Fish Fry and to the other side of the island to see the Animal Flower Cave. Sandals has set the bar pretty high for our next trip! Thanks for organizing it for us! We created memories that'll last a lifetime!

When my wife and I decided to take our first Caribbean vacation, we didn't know exactly what we were looking for. We met with Matt and he narrowed it down to 3 options that would have everything on our wish list. His trip planner portal made it easy for us to navigate all the different options and amenities. With his recommendation, we decided on Sandals Barbados!
This resort had clear blue warm waters, 18 different dining options, swim up bars and a VERY attentive staff.
We are so thankful to have Matt help us navigate and organize this trip from beginning to end. Matt was attentive and always available to help answer questions and point us in the right direction. I would absolutely recommend Matt and Maidstone Travel for any and all future vacations.

Matt was extremely helpful coordinating and planning an excellent vacation. After I booked my vacation, my mother decided she changed her mnd and would like to go as well. On a Saturday afternoon, Matt took time away from his family to get mom's vacation booked in aligned with my family's plans. Subsequently, he took the time to help understand the requirements of scuba certification and helped coordinate those plans. Overall, A++
